We are everywhere, we own everything. The homes we live in are ours, the streets we walk on are ours, so are the parks, the malls, the gardens. The trees inside our homes are ours and those outside are ours. The streets we walk on are ours, the roads we drive on are ours. The fruits on the trees are ours, and the soil it grows on is ours. We own everything, we control everything.
We must fix everything. Fix that tree obstructing the way, fix the dogs in our way. Fix the bug problem, fix the rodent problem, and fix everything because it’s all our space. All of it is ours. We must sanitize so not even bacteria can coexist because we cannot coexist. We must own. Own the dog, own the cat, own the birds and all of the land. We must have it. Have it all.
We must protect. Must trim the hedges proper, must cut the extra shoots, must cut extra stems, must protect. Must disinfect. Must check how it grows, must make proper rows. Must polish, must spray, must get on with the day.
We must do, we must help. Must create problems so we can fix them. Because we are the problem fixers, the do-gooders, and the owners of it all. The mountains are ours. The poles are ours. The minerals inside the earth are ours. The rivers are ours, the seas are ours, the problems of every living being are ours. Because we are bigger and better. We can think, we can talk and if need be even spread our claws. And mostly because we know it all.
From the sun to the moon, to the galaxies beyond, we can fathom it all. And we have big telescopes to see far out and microscopes for deep down. We can comprehend and gauge and even calculate. So we can free, we can grow and therefore we must control. Because we are the problem fixers, the saviours, the owners – us the humans.
